The eyes, best of all body parts, reflect the self-feeling of a person. If the eyes are sparkling and watchful, the person is energetic, relaxed and satisfied. But if there are small bags and dark circles under the eyes, as well as slipped eyelids, an impression can occur that you are angry, worried or unhappy. If this is the case, then it is time to consider cosmetic surgery of the eyelids.
